Cup Stack Race Stall in Jaipur

Guests stack cups into a pyramid and unstack them while a volunteer times the round. Jaipur Event Management sends the stall as a ready kit for weddings, family functions, college fests and corporate lawns. Your own volunteer can run it. This stall is not part of the older 100 DIY stalls list.

How the hour runs

The volunteer lays out Cups and timer and keeps the queue on one side of the table.
One timed round, then the cups are restacked for the next guest.
The volunteer resets mat before the next guest steps in.

One volunteer keeps the score and resets the pieces. The game stays on flat ground, away from the dining tables and the stage cables.

Space, power and timing

Most setups of the Cup Stack Race Stall need a 6 by 6 foot patch, two chairs and shade if the lawn is in the afternoon sun. It does not need a stage. If you want it beside other DIY stalls, leave a walking gap so a lehenga or a uniform is not brushing the table. Share the venue name, the date and whether the ground is grass, marble or a banquet carpet.

In Jaipur this stall is booked for palace lawns, hotels, farmhouses, society grounds and college campuses in Vaishali Nagar, Mansarovar, Malviya Nagar, C-Scheme, Raja Park, Jagatpura, Sitapura, Tonk Road and Amer Road. The same kit travels to Jodhpur, Udaipur, Kota, Ajmer, Bikaner, Alwar and Jaisalmer when the function is outside Jaipur.
