Tug Ribbon Stall in Jaipur

Two sides pull a long ribbon instead of a heavy rope, so the game stays light. Jaipur Event Management sends the stall as a ready kit for weddings, family functions, college fests and corporate lawns. Your own volunteer can run it. This stall is not part of the older 100 DIY stalls list.

How the hour runs

The volunteer lays out Long ribbon and centre mark and keeps the queue on one side of the table.
First side to pull the centre mark across the line wins one round.
The volunteer resets gloves optional before the next guest steps in.

One volunteer keeps the score and resets the pieces. The game stays on flat ground, away from the dining tables and the stage cables.

Space, power and timing

Most setups of the Tug Ribbon Stall need a 6 by 6 foot patch, two chairs and shade if the lawn is in the afternoon sun. It does not need a stage. If you want it beside other DIY stalls, leave a walking gap so a lehenga or a uniform is not brushing the table. Share the venue name, the date and whether the ground is grass, marble or a banquet carpet.

Where we set it up

In Jaipur this stall is booked for palace lawns, hotels, farmhouses, society grounds and college campuses in Vaishali Nagar, Mansarovar, Malviya Nagar, C-Scheme, Raja Park, Jagatpura, Sitapura, Tonk Road and Amer Road. The same kit travels to Jodhpur, Udaipur, Kota, Ajmer, Bikaner, Alwar and Jaisalmer when the function is outside Jaipur.
