Vidaai Rice Tray Stall in Jaipur

How the hour runs

The volunteer lays out Tray and rice bowl and keeps the queue on one side of the table.
The mother of the bride holds the tray at the car or the gate.
The volunteer resets cloth before the next guest steps in.

A family member or a wedding volunteer runs this stall. One person can reset it between guests. It sits near the ritual, not on the dance floor.

Space, power and timing

Most setups of the Vidaai Rice Tray Stall need a 6 by 6 foot patch, two chairs and shade if the lawn is in the afternoon sun. It does not need a stage. If you want it beside other DIY stalls, leave a walking gap so a lehenga or a uniform is not brushing the table. Share the venue name, the date and whether the ground is grass, marble or a banquet carpet.
