Kalash Filling Stall in Jaipur

Women of the family fill a kalash with water, mango leaves and a coconut before the puja. Jaipur Event Management sends the stall as a ready kit for weddings, family functions, college fests and corporate lawns. Your own volunteer can run it. This stall is not part of the older 100 DIY stalls list.

Morning puja before a wedding or a griha pravesh in Jaipur or another Rajasthan city. Put the table in the puja prep corner, not in the guest walkway.

How the hour runs

The volunteer lays out Brass kalash and mango leaves and keeps the queue on one side of the table.
The family fills one kalash together and carries it to the mandap.
The volunteer resets coconut before the next guest steps in.

A family member or a wedding volunteer runs this stall. One person can reset it between guests. It sits near the ritual, not on the dance floor.

Space, power and timing

Most setups of the Kalash Filling Stall need a 6 by 6 foot patch, two chairs and shade if the lawn is in the afternoon sun. It does not need a stage. If you want it beside other DIY stalls, leave a walking gap so a lehenga or a uniform is not brushing the table. Share the venue name, the date and whether the ground is grass, marble or a banquet carpet.

In Jaipur this stall is booked for palace lawns, hotels, farmhouses, society grounds and college campuses in Vaishali Nagar, Mansarovar, Malviya Nagar, C-Scheme, Raja Park, Jagatpura, Sitapura, Tonk Road and Amer Road. The same kit travels to Jodhpur, Udaipur, Kota, Ajmer, Bikaner, Alwar and Jaisalmer when the function is outside Jaipur.
